Ephraim Hall of Fame Legacy
On January 23, 2026, Dr. Ephraim Otieno was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame (Class of 2026) at Model Laboratory School in Richmond, Kentucky. This honor celebrates the excellence he brought to every team he touched, and the kind of person he was far beyond athletics.
